You guys,
The following scenario: take a company, have a boy´s club reigning, try pitching promoting women in the company into mananegement positions that the boy´s club might perceive as sexy enough to pursue.
A friend and me have been thinking on how to demonstrate inmediate and long-term benefits, I am curious to know about your ideas, I will be happy to share what we have so far via e-mail :)
